Kentaro Moriguchi

Kentaro is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. 

He has more than 15 years of consulting experience, mainly focusing on the healthcare domain, including pharmaceutical companies, medical devices, and related industries, such as digital health and health food.

Kentaro has engaged in a wide range of projects, from growth strategies to operational reforms, including company-wide, new business, go-to-market, marketing, and market access strategies; sales and R&D reforms; and large-scale transformations. He also has extensive experience in cross-industry themes and medium- to long-term industry structure and regulations.

He began his career with us and spent time with another top firm before rejoining our firm.

Kentaro earned a master’s in mathematics, as well as a bachelor's degree, from Kyoto University.
