Junya Ishikawa is a member of our Healthcare and Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Retail, Organization, and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. He also co-leads our Tokyo Sustainability practice.
With more than 25 years of experience, Junya has served a wide range of industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, retail chains, technology, industrial goods & services, business outsourcing and financial services. He holds deep expertise in M&A, private equity, organizational transformation, sales & channel effectiveness, international strategy and business unit strategy.
Junya previously worked at another top global consulting firm where he was engaged in transactions and portfolio-company value creation. He also worked at Dade Behring, presently a part of Siemens Healthcare, where he held leadership roles in marketing and operations. He also served as the vice president responsible for global supply chain.
He received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo.
