Ineet Narula Barthwal is a member of our Leadership and Talent practice. She possesses extensive expertise in the areas of human capital and behavioral science.

Her focus includes development of high performing organizations with concrete talent mandates while cultivating strong leadership teams with vibrant cultures.

With deep experience in talent systems and solutions, Ineet has served as a trusted strategic business partner to executive leaders, teams and boards. She specializes in addressing a range of organisational, talent and leadership challenges, including talent strategy, executive assessment and development, succession planning, culture transformations, board and top team effectiveness.

In the last five years at Bain, Ineet spearheaded Bain Executive Network in APAC region. In this capacity, she provided career coaching to senior executives while also assisting our clients in the region with their talent advisory requirements.

Prior to joining Bain, she was a partner in the people advisory business at another consulting firm. Ineet is a certified coach and earned her Masters in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi.
