Ronika Sapra

Ronika Sapra is a member of our Private Equity practice.

She has more than 10 years of management consulting experience, having advised multiple private equity clients across India, United Kingdom and the United States.

Ronika advises private equity and growth equity investors on topics across the deal value chain, including sector screening, commercial due diligence, fund strategy, and post-acquisition value creation. In the private equity space, she focuses on financial services, consumer, EV and healthcare industries covering both technology and traditional investments.

She holds an MBA from London Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
