Assemble teams of internal experts in fields like pricing, procurement, strategy consulting, marketing analytics, and more, to help clients achieve enduring outcomes.
Nothing creates opportunity like a management consultant job at Bain
Management consulting is a big term for a relatively simple idea: we’re a company that helps other companies address their biggest challenges. We hire smart, determined, analytical, and curious people like yourself to partner with niche experts to help our clients—executives at some of the world’s most innovative companies—make bold decisions. We're the leader in doing this for private equity, where our global practice is nearly three times larger than our nearest competitor, in addition to dozens of other industries and practices.
You’ll find our workplace uniquely supportive in a number of ways. Our case teams work together over multiple projects and develop strong relationships. They work in a unique home office model that allows for tight bonds, but also global connections. And we have an expansive culture of mentorship where even if you come in at the entry-level consultant level, you’ll be trained by our highest performers and have a built-in community through one of our affinity groups.
