Gino Dizon is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail, and Mergers & Acquisitions practices. He has more than 20 years of experience, bringing a blend of strategy consulting and industry experience, across Asia-Pacific, Europe the US, and specifically in the Philippines.
Gino initially joined the firm as a consultant in 2000 and has advised clients across numerous industries and capabilities.
He has also spent a number of years in industry, primarily at British American Tobacco PLC, where he was Global Head of Corporate Strategy and Global Head of Post-Merger Integration, in addition to regional strategy director and general manager roles. He was also Global Strategy Director at Zespri International, the leading kiwifruit company globally, and worked with start-ups and small and medium businesses in the Philippines.
His expertise spans corporate strategy, M&A and post-merger integration, commercial excellence, performance improvement, operating model and large-scale transformations, and change management.
He holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
