Dominik Nogic

Dom Nogic has more than 15 years of global consulting and operations experience and currently serves clients across the APAC region.

He is a leader in Bain’s Performance Improvement practice, with deep experience across operations and supply chain, as well as leading broader business transformation programs. He is also a member of Bain’s Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) and Energy & Natural Resources practices.

Dom spends most of his time working with national and global companies in the high-tech, wireless and fixed-line telecom and industrials industry sectors. He advises on all aspects of operations and cost improvement, including organization and operating model, strategic sourcing, supply chain excellence and support function optimization. He also has led numerous operations and supply chain merger integrations.

Prior to joining Bain in 2011, Dom held operations and logistics leadership roles across the US and Asia. He also worked for another leading global consulting firm, where he supported public sector clients on technology acquisition and sourcing.

Dom holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering, both at Northwestern University. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering from West Point.
