Kai Zhong

Kai Zhong is a member of our Private Equity practice and leads our Asia-Pacific ESG in Private Equity practice.

Kai has key expertise in ESG due dilligence and value creation, ESG in fund strategy (including new fund launch and ESG process integration), portfolio decarbonization strategy and value creation. He also has extensive experience with both global and regional PE firms and sovereign wealth funds.

Kai is also a member of our Social Impact Team, which strives to drive transformative social impact by applying Bain talent in partnership with the most innovative and effective organizations, addressing some of the world's most pressing issues.

Kai holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
