Kelly Pu

Kelly Pu is a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Telecommunications, Media & Technology practices.

Since joining Bain in 2006, Kelly has fine-tuned broad private equity expertise, primarily advising sovereign wealth, hedge and private equity funds. She is deeply versed in commercial due diligence, as well as sector screening and review.

Within the TMT sphere, Kelly focuses on internet, mobile media and artificial intelligence. Her core capabilities in this realm include strategy, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance.

She has also extensively advised clients across industries on advanced analytics and digital.

Previously, Kelly served as a regional M&A director for Anheuser-Busch Inbev.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University.
