Massimo Sabella

Massimo Sabella leads our EMEA Aerospace and Defence sector. He is also a member of our Advanced Manufacturing and Services and Performance Improvement practices. 

During his time in consulting, Massimo has served industrial clients across various sectors, including aerospace, defence, machinery and equipment, rolling stock and signalling, chemical and building products. He has also led various due diligences for both financial and industrial investors.

His expertise focused on strategy, post-merger integrations and large transformations, particularly in the areas of operating model, engineering, procurement, supply chains and manufacturing. Before switching to consulting, Massimo worked, among other things, as an Air Force Officer.

Massimo holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne, a Master’s in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, and a Master’s in Procurement Management from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. 

He is a distinguished graduate of United States Air Force Test Pilot School.
