Alex Kogan

Alex Kogan is a member in Bain's Private Equity practice.

With over 5 years' experience in consulting, Alex has gained broad experience working with private equity clients on due diligence work (buy-side and sell-side), value creation plans and fund strategies. He also advises clients across a range of sectors on business strategies, international expansion plans and M&A strategies.

Outside of case work, Alex is part of the Conscious Inclusion and Personal Capacity teams in the Zurich office. He is part of Veterans at Bain (VAB) after serving 4 years in the Israeli army.

Prior to joining Bain, Alex spent six years as an aerospace engineer in Israel's defense industry.

He earned his BSc in aerospace engineering and MBA from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Advanced Management from Yale School of Management.

In his personal life, he is married and the father of two children.
