Andrea Gondekova

Andrea Gondekova is a member of our Private Equity and Consumer Products practices.

Her recent client work has heavily involved complex due diligence efforts, exit planning and both blueprint and value creation planning for private equity funds. She has also led several successful transformation and organization restructuring initiatives for global CPG players.

An Organization and Strategy expert, Andrea also specializes in the Bain Brand Accelerator (BBA), Net Promoter System (NPS) and commercial excellence.

Apart from her client work, she is actively involved in our local recruiting efforts.

She holds an MBA from INSEAD, where she was awarded the IAF Women’s Scholarship. She also earned a Master of Finance and Law from Charles University in Prague.

A mother of two toddlers, Andrea enjoys sports, art and traveling in her personal time.
