Eduardo Giménez is the leader of our Madrid Consumer Products practice. He is also an active contributor to our Customer Strategy & Marketing practice.
Eduardo has more than 20 years of management consulting experience. He leads our firm’s global Commercial Excellence work and has advised more than 40 multinational clients across the sphere, focusing on topics including channel and customer segmentation, route to market, revenue growth management, key account management and perfect sales execution.
He has also led engagements on corporate strategy, post-merger integration (PMI) and performance improvement.
Eduardo is one of the co-founders and pilots of FrontViewSM, our proprietary software that enables scenario and trade-simulation modeling to drive maximum business value.
He is also responsible for our Madrid office’s active work with non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Eduardo worked for both the United Nations and the European Commission in Developing Aid and Foreign Affairs.
He earned an MBA from INSEAD and is a graduate of Universidad Complutense de Madrid, from which he received a bachelor’s degree in law.
Apart from work, Eduardo is an active board member for several organizations, including CRIS contra el Cáncer, Natura Bissé and In Movement: Art for Social Change.
