Armando Guastella

Armando Guastella is a leading member of our Sustainability & Responsibility practice with more than 15 years of experience advising clients on strategy, innovation and transformation.

He supports C-Suite customers on a wide range of strategic assignments across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, focusing on issues of sustainable development and innovation acceleration.

During his career, Armando has led significant assignments in various industries ranging from pure strategic exercises to innovation, ESG value creation programs, ecosystem design, go-to-market strategy, business impact evaluation and transformation.

In addition to his client work, Armando is a frequent speaker at sustainability think tanks, roundtables and events, and he is extensively quoted in international media. In 2021 and 2022, he served as a guest speaker and moderator of ESG related panels for several events in Turkey such as “ The 12th Bosphorus Summit” and the “The Bilateral event between Italy and Turkey” organized by TUBITAK and The Italian Embassy in Ankara. He has also authored numerous articles in Bloomberg BusinessWeek Turkey.

Armando holds an MBA from Hult Business School in addition to an MSc. degree in managerial engineering and BSc. degree in industrial engineering from University of Rome La Sapienza.
