Dr. Steffen Roehn is an expert in our Enterprise Technology and Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) practices.
With more than 15 years of consulting experience and 12 years of CIO experience, Steffen has honed deep command of the IT, digital, telecommunications, technology and insurance spheres.
He has advised clients across Europe and Asia in designing IT and digital strategies, as well as guiding transformation processes and implementing disruptive growth strategies.
While with the firm, Steffen has defined an ambitious data strategy for a global telecommunications player.
Prior to joining us, Steffen led his own consulting firm for more than six years and spent 12 years as CIO of a global telco. He also played a leading role in building one of the largest mobile data networks in the world.
Steffen supports the digital transformation of the global telco industry as chairman of the board of the TM Forum.
He also supports underprivileged children and families in South India through Nandri Kinderhilfe e.V., an NGO based in Frankfurt.
He studied physics in Mainz, Kaiserslautern and Karlsruhe. He completed his doctorate at CERN in Geneva.
