Thomas Herbeck

Dr. Thomas Herbeck is a managing partner and a an expert in the firm's Financial Services practice.

Thomas draws on more than 20 years of experience advising banks in German-speaking regions as well as in Europe and Eastern Europe. He has completed more than 100 projects in the financial services sector.

Thomas holds deep expertise in topics related to transformation, reorganization, turnaround and restructuring of banks, particularly regarding their work with private and commercial clients. He also has extensive project experience addressing topics related to strategic planning, shareholder value management, valuation, steering and incentive systems, due diligence and M&A.

Thomas studied business administration at the University of St. Gallen where he obtained a doctorate in corporate finance.
