Andreas is a member of Bain’s global Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices. He has over 20 years in various leadership roles in management consulting and in the industry. He has lived and worked in different geographies including London, Dubai and Singapore before joining Bain’s Athens office to lead the firm's efforts in the Energy and Industrials sectors in Greece.
Andreas has been a leading advisor in the Energy and Industrials space working extensively with boards, CEOs, senior executives and government officials, focusing on highly visible initiatives with substantial regional and global impact. His project experience covers a wide range of topics across the Energy and Industrials value chains, including energy transition, corporate development, digital transformation, organization and operational improvement.
He has delivered cultural change and bottom line impact through multi-region transformations and operational improvement efforts for global corporations. He has advised governments on major regulatory decisions related to the optimization of the domestic energy and manufacturing value chains. Further, he has acted as the lead strategy advisor for several high-profile M&A, IPO and joint venture transactions, as well as large-scale privatization initiatives in the Energy and Industrials sectors. In the past 5 years, Andreas has worked extensively on supporting global players define and achieve their ambitions related to decarbonization and new energy business portfolio.
Prior to joining Bain, Andreas worked for 13 years at another global consulting firm as a partner and Middle East regional Energy practice leader. Andreas holds an MBA from INSEAD, as well as a civil engineering degree from the National Technical University of Athens.
