Adriane van Houten is a member of our Consumer Products, Performance Improvement and Sustainability & Responsibility practices.

She is an expert in supply chain topics for consumer products companies, having supported them throughout her career on topics such as manufacturing & logistics network optimization, S&OP process improvement, operating model, sustainability, design to value and complexity reduction, and reverse logistics. Her supply chain experience is grounded into broader experience in the industry from working with her clients on value creation plans, commercial due diligence and strategy.

Within Bain, she has a passion for driving Womxn@Bain topics, recruiting and mentorship.

She is fluent in Dutch, German, English and Portuguese, working with her clients in any of these languages.

Adriane lives in Rotterdam with her husband and two little sons.
