Greg Gerstenhaber is the leader of our Americas Advanced Manufacturing & Services (Industrials) practice. He is a previous leader of our Cost Transformation practice.
Greg has more than 25 years of consulting experience with us. He holds deep expertise in strategy-led transformation, sustained cost transformation, turnaround strategy, business unit strategy, growth strategy, customer loyalty, new business development, supply chain and operations optimization.
He advises clients across a range of industries, including aerospace and defense, automotive, B2B distribution, logistics, construction and chemicals.
Prior to joining us, Greg earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also holds a BBA in Finance and Business, with distinction, from the University of Texas at Austin.
