Archana Gelda Kumar

Archana Gelda Kumar is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠.

She works with clients to design and deliver end-to-end immersive capability building and training programs.

Archana has advised clients on strategy, agile innovation, business transformation, leadership development and performance improvement.

Aside from her client work, Archana co-leads social impact initiatives for the Toronto office and is heavily involved in associate consultant and consultant recruiting.

She holds an MBA from Wharton and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in English and Hindi.

In her spare time, Archana enjoys exploring new neighbourhoods and restaurants in Toronto and spending time in the outdoors with her children.
