Jeff Fortner is a member of our Technology and Cost Transformation practices.
With more than 9 years of consulting experience, Jeff has advised clients across industries including technology, industrials, healthcare, and private equity, as well as education and the public sector. His recent client engagements have involved full-potential transformations, as-a-Service business model transformations, Zero-Based Redesign (ZBR), supply chain reinvention, and due diligence on a wide range of growth equity and private equity targets.
His most prominent results stories include supporting the transformation to an as-a-Service model for one of the world’s leading technology companies, and building the strategic business case and design for a global business services center for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.
He previously worked as an investment advisor for high-net-worth individuals and foundations, and as the CFO of a SaaS startup.
Jeff holds an MBA, with honors, from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as a BA in mathematics and mathematical economics from Pomona College.
