Chris Chan

Chris Chan is a member of our Private Equity practice.

He has extensive due diligence experience across a range of industries, with a focus on consumer & retail assets. Chris has additional experience in growth strategy, M&A, organizational design, salesforce effectiveness, and cost reduction - supporting a range of clients across diverse sectors.

Chris has been with Bain for over a decade and has worked in the Toronto, Oslo, and Seattle offices.

In addition to his client work, Chris is an active member of our Pride at Bain and Asian at Bain affinity groups. He is an active participant in our recruiting and global training efforts, and leads various local programs in the Seattle office.

Chris holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS and BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He has earned multiple academic honors and distinctions, including election to Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa.
