Jake Gorelov is a leader in our Consumer Products practice.
Jake has advised many of the top 50 consumer product goods companies, focusing on the food, beverage, and personal care categories. His work in CPG spans corporate strategy, brand strategy, M&A, revenue growth management, and embedding modern marketing capabilities. He has advised clients on accelerating growth for insurgent brands, while also reinvigorating mature brands.
In addition to client work, Jake has shaped Bain’s POV and tools for marketing experimentation within consumer products, and serves as a consultant class advocate for the New York office.
Prior to Bain, Jake was a consultant for another leading strategy consulting firm and served on the strategy team at The New York Times. He received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School, and a B.A. in math and history from Williams College.
Outside of work, Jake is an avid tennis player and a proud parent of a young daughter.
