Emily Emmett

Emily Emmett is the global leader of our Operating Model solution as well as a senior leader in the Energy & Natural Resources practice. Within Bain, Emily is a leader of the firm's people development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Passionate about helping companies achieve transformational change, Emily is an expert in designing and implementing operating model improvements, often to deliver a new strategy. She brings deep experience in organizational structure and team design, Agile, leadership, and change management.

Over the last decade, Emily has worked in the energy, industrials, healthcare, and technology sectors. Her recent work is focused with Energy and Natural Resource clients, helping organizations align their operating models to deliver results in the context of rapidly changing market conditions. Emily also has extensive experience working with private equity investors on strategic due diligence and portfolio improvement, primarily in the energy and industrials space. She has led the diligence of more than 50 assets throughout her career.

Emily graduated with high honors from Rice University with a BA in English. She also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. She enjoys interior design and gardening and serves on the board of Houston Botanic Garden. She and her husband have 3 children.
