We actively promote team-building efforts and organize social events to network. The “Bindaas” team organizes office-wide social events, festive celebrations, theme parties, offsites, and much more. ‘Bain Da Band’ – our very own BCN band takes pride in performing at offsites and other events captivating fellow Bainees. PRAYAS – our social initiative is aimed at bettering our local community through pro bono casework and by creating learning opportunities for underprivileged children in local schools. BGLAD – our LGBTQI+ network works tirelessly in building a non-discriminate culture of acceptance, opportunity, and recognition for all.
