Natasha Sommerfeld is a member of our Technology and Cloud Services and Customer practices. She is the global product leader for Experimentation at Scale, Bain's advanced testing product and software solution.
As an expert in lifecycle marketing, digital growth acceleration, and operating model, Natasha has worked across industries, with a focus on technology and subscription businesses. She has extensive experience in customer-centric design, with a focus on data-driven segmentation, empathy-driven ideation, product experience, and cross-channel marketing testing.
Outside of client work, she is the co-leader of the Americas regional Asians@Bain program.
Natasha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in political science from Stanford University.
