First at Bain
First at Bain
First at Bain (First) is a community at Bain for members who were first in their family to go to college, do not have a four-year college degree, or who identify with the experience of growing up in a lower socio-economic household. We provide tailored support including mentorship and programs that create pathways to help you find success at Bain.
A core piece of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Bain has been investing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for more than 30 years. Beginning with our early affinity communities, we have expanded into a wide range of comprehensive programs to create a culture of inclusion where every Bainie can thrive.
First at Bain provides members an added layer of tailored support and a space to form meaningful relationships, drive connectivity, and build community.
"First at Bain is a safe space to ask any question. It’s a place where other people have the same questions and same experiences."
