Numan Waheed is the leader of our Americas Enterprise Technology efforts. He is also a member of our Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) practices, as well as our Strategy and Advanced Analytics practices.
Numan advises clients across industries, including technology, retail, consumer goods, advanced manufacturing, fintech and payments. His engagements address issues including general strategy, IT strategy and optimization, Agile operating models, digital strategy and performance improvement.
He has also led various engagements covering data and analytics strategy and operating model.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Numan was a research associate, focusing on computational simulation, at the Goodyear Institute of Polymer Science. He also previously worked in product and process development for Procter & Gamble.
Numan earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, with a focus on computational modeling, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. While there, he minored in finance at the Sloan School of Management. He also holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, with honors, from Cornell University.
In his spare time, Numan enjoys working with the boards and leadership teams of Atlanta non-profits and makes time to be outdoors as much as possible.
