Chris Jarrett is a leader in Bain's Customer Strategy & Marketing practice, as well as a member of the Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Automotive practices.
During his time at Bain, Chris has supported multiple large scale, customer-led transformations across several industries. He spends most of his time working with clients to launch best practice approaches in customer experience systems and go-to-market strategy.
Chris also spends time working with clients on the evolution of the automotive industry and the impacts on their customers and their overall strategy, with specific expertise in automotive marketing and remarketing, software and insurance.
In addition to Atlanta, Chris spent six months in Bain's London office. While in London, Chris was part of the EMEA Private Equity Group conducting commercial due diligence in support of potential acquisitions.
Chris joined Bain as a summer associate in 2008 and returned full-time in 2010. He left Bain from 2013 to 2014 to join LexisNexis Risk Solutions in their Strategy & Business Development group. During his time at LexisNexis, Chris focused on M&A, leading two separate acquisitions of big data and analytics platforms to expand the LNRS business globally.
Prior to Bain, Chris was a mechanical engineer with Harris Corporation, where he worked in the Space Products group. He led cross-functional teams to deliver space hardware for key government clients, as well as supported multiple new business efforts for both government and commercial clients.
Chris is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering and a graduate of Harvard Business School.
